Take a Break Tuesday with Nashville Black Millenials

Take a break before the month takes off and join us for a guided meditation led by Jennifer Wang. This will be held at Mindful Nashville.

There is a request for a suggested donation from participants that is totally flexible.

They'd really like to spread the word about Mindful Nashville, i.e. that they offer mindfulness-based therapy services on a sliding scale and with an emphasis on accessibility. Namaste.
