Join us for a walking meditation, led by Jennifer Wang, co-founder of Nashville POC Sangha. We will start our gathering at the garden with an introduction to mindfulness and walking meditation, then we will walk silently and slowly around the neighborhood, tuning in to ourselves and our environment, then end back at the garden with time for Q&A, discussion and community gathering.
Bring comfortable shoes, sun protection, and water, as we'll will be outside the whole time.
